Your data stays yours
A business ally has access to your customers, your invoices and your payroll. Here are the rules we hold ourselves to in order to protect them, and what you can require of us by contract.
Hosting in Europe
Platform, website and backups hosted in data centres in Europe (Switzerland and the European Union). No transfer outside Europe without your written consent.
Encryption and access
Encrypted connections (TLS), named access, two-factor authentication enabled on our tools, access log available on request.
nFADP and GDPR
Processing in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP, in force since 1 September 2023) and the GDPR for your European customers. Data processing agreement provided.
Reversibility
Your data belongs to you. Full export at any time and at the end of the contract, in a standard format, followed by deletion confirmed in writing.
What we actually do
- One login per person, never a shared account; rights limited to the lever we run.
- Two-factor authentication on the platform and on our email tools.
- Daily encrypted backups, stored in Europe, with a documented restore test.
- Processors listed in our privacy policy, all under a data processing agreement.
- Immediate notice of any incident affecting your data, and notification to the FDPIC where the law requires it.
- This website uses no advertising trackers. Visitor statistics (Google Analytics) are only loaded with your consent.
