This policy describes how C'mon Corporations Sàrl processes the personal data collected on this website, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Controller
C'mon Corporations Sàrl, Rue du Commerce 17, 2300 La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. Contact for any data protection question: administration@cmoncorporations.com (Douglas Finazzi).
Data collected
- Contact form: name, company, email, priority lever, how you heard about us if you say so, message, form page and display language. If you have accepted statistics, we add the origin of your visit (campaign link or referring site, landing page). Basis: your consent and the performance of pre-contractual measures.
- Cookie choice: a local record in your browser, with no personal identifier.
- Visitor statistics, only if you accept them: pages viewed, clicks on contact buttons, article reading, device type, approximate country and region, measured with Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses. No advertising profiling.
- Display language: to offer you the right language, our server matches your IP address against a country database hosted on our own server (IP Geolocation by DB-IP) and reads your browser's language. Nothing is passed on to a third party or stored.
- Server logs: truncated IP address, timestamp and requested page, kept by the host for security purposes.
Purposes and retention periods
- Answering your request and preparing a diagnostic: 12 months after the last exchange, on our website and in Brevo, then deletion.
- Measuring the website's audience: 14 months at most in Google Analytics, then automatic deletion.
- Server logs: 30 days.
